Room was in another building like behind but it’s alright just that had some trouble finding it at first. Breakfast was great, beautiful view and walk along river and near by the museum.

the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

The location is very good but they got us an accommodation somewhere away from the location we booked as its their new extension.
The breakfast was not good for vegetarians, they don’t have many options.
Its good if you want a location to move around the city instead of a comfort stay.

酒店的位置離火車站有一段距離 但是環境和設施什麼的很好 對面是一片墓園 晚上也挺安靜的 酒店在坡上 實際入住我們被安排在負樓層 但是是一樓 入住時間有要求 我們是晚上九點前必須入住

酒店經理服務非常好。早餐也非常不錯，不提供午餐或晚餐的服務地點也還算方便，有地下停車庫。

I loves it. I had a single bad room, simple but clean and useful. It was quite cheap and the location was great. Near the rail station and in the center of the town. If i go to Zurich again, i will book the same hotel for sure. It has a shared bathroom and toilet but everything is clean and and i always had it free for use when needed. It was quite and other people didnt bother me. Kitchen is shared but its saves you money cause you can have your own food and cook your own coffee.

Very nice experience . Did not know the rooms with cheaper price were in basement. I was offered a very nice room with additional cash in min building. Breakfast was delicious and various options of various special coffee

I really enjoyed my stay here .This was so close to town , my room was clean & tidy I was so pleased . When i found out i also had daily room service and breakfast included well that was just a bonus .

The experience ruined our trip. Staff and management offended us. They did not help resolve the problem. The room was dirty and full of spiders and spider web. I would not recommend to anyone - even the camping site is better

Located right in front of the river in a separate building from the fancier Antika Hotel, my room was wonderful! It was clean, quiet and conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the Church/Matterhorn Museum. Nothing fancy but ample room and clean. Also, the breakfast (served in the main hotel) was by far the BEST breakfast I have ever had over 30 years of staying in Switzerland. Friendly servers and front desk, too. I stayed 3 nights here and hope to stay there in the future. I hate doing reviews but could not pass this one up. LOVED this place.
