Quality Inn & Suites

Room was very pleasant and comfortable. Pool area very nice. Breakfast below average. Front desk person wasn’t the most helpful.

This room is huge and I wish we were staying longer to take advantage of the comfort! Quality bedding I'd like to get for my own home .

Our bathroom had a slow leak as water was seeping up through the floor (found it when going into the bathroom in my socks).

My only complaint was that the pillows were overly stuffed -- I am used to thinner pillows. Lesser complaint is that while you describe yourselves as pet friendly there wasn't any grass or artificial turf in the back for dogs to go potty.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was so nice. Parking was close, rooms were huge! It was attractive, clean, so comfortable! Hope to visit again. And! Almost forgot! We left the hotel at 4:45 am….and they were serving breakfast! This place was awesome!!

Would be a 10/10 if it wasnt for the fact you can not sleep which is kinda the point, staff talks loudly in the hallway starting at 8am, you can hear everything, didnt sleep the whole time i was here!

Overall , very good , clean, staff friendly, bad is noise from hallway like some other motels , would like a quieter environment and company policy of having to ask for maid service by 11am , is ridiculous after staying three days, and no one checks room or guests for needs, example towels

My room was on the second floor. It was immediately apparent that it was previously used as a maintenance room. There were two large fluorescent lights on the ceiling, and the room smelled of sewage. (It smelled terrible.) There were no blackout curtains and the room was situated immediately adjacent to the large, neon Quality Inn sign, thus my room was lit up the entire night. It took several tries to get the door to lock and bolt. In fact, one of my coworkers had to pull on the door to get the deadbolt to latch. There was loud music playing all night, and around midnight, a woman was going door-to-door, knocking and looking for "Kelly". Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

This hotel is arguably the best, definitely top 3 I've ever stayed in. I've traveled for work, almost all my family is long distance. So I've stayed in over 100 hotels, easily. Not only was it super clean, with friendly staff and such, but they even allowed us to borrow a pack-and-play for my daughter, after we forgot her travel bed at home.
