The property team members were very cordial, helpful, very polite and allowed early check-in with fuss. The weather got a little chilly in the mornings and breakfast was for outdoor seating only and a bit uncomfortable.

My parents loved their stay! They will go back and stay there! Very friendly staff.

If you travel to jacona or Zamora this is the place u sure stay.. highly recommended especially the buffet , nice and quiet area.. stuff really friendly..

I like the security that has for vehicle parking. The only improvement needed is the T.V. was not working.

The property is nice, the cleanliness of the rooms is excellent, however the air conditioning did not work, the pillows were very uncomfortable and there is no elevator to the third floor, carrying luggage is uncomfortable and annoying. There is only breakfast service.

I really enjoyed the stay. I loved the architectual style of the property. The ambiance is very welcoming. I enjoyed the inclusive buffet breakfast.

This was a very cute hotel. The pool isn't heated which was a bummer but it's a very nice property.

Hi, A long wait to check in/out. No hot water to shower . The buffet was ok. I think they need to change it up. Thank you!
