酒店很棒，環境很好，早餐很好吃，出差首選，前台很熱情，還有健身房，房間每天都會有人打掃，房間雖小，但很緊湊温馨，下次還會來的

Nice and comfortable during my two weeks stay. Manager and the staffs are wonderful and really helpful. The room and bed are spacious. Location is quiet . Transport is great. 5 minutes to shops and 12 minutes to the nearby railway station. Will definitely come again.

The Mercure is listed as a 4 star hotel and as having airconditioning. Neither are true. They put us in a hot sunny room with no airconditioning at all working. My husband complained numerous times then asked for another room on the other side as there was no sun on that side of the hotel. The service was horrible here and no one wanted to speak english to us it was all french which we could not understand. The only plus was the gym and the sauna.

Friendly staff, free parking, but the hotel feels very old and needs some renovation. It feels more like an ibis than a 4 star hotel.
