非常滿意的入住體驗。服務人員熱情周到，在我們入住以前打了兩次電話確認到達時間，並在酒店門口迎接、幫忙提行李。對我們提的建議虛心接受，還熱心幫我們規劃行程，我們去爬山的時候，行李寄存在酒店，下山後微信聯絡後，店長和工人開着車把我們的行李送到車站，並幫我們聯繫去上饒的車。服務態度非常好，用品也非常精緻，洗漱用品都是資生堂的。休閑度假的好選擇！

This hotel was amazing ! The location is great, 10 minutes walk to the Cable Car to go up the mountain. 15 minutes walk to the entrance to the waterfall hiking route. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is huge and beautiful with mountains as a backdrop ! The breakfast, however, was very Chinese (congee, noodles, baozi), but very yummy if you like Chinese food. The staff was super friendly. They helped us with directions, they helped us book a car to the station, and they even gave us a nice gift at the end of our stay ! I totally recommend this hotel if you are wanting to visit Sanqingshan.

The hotel is in a complex that seems to have stopped construction halfway to completion, perhaps a sign of what you will get. We chose it for its great location (close to park entrance), it’s pool, and (because of its high price) nice rooms and good service. Sadly it’s pool was full of large clumps of algae when we arrived. We were told that the filter machine was broken and that recent weather had made them unable to clean it. They emptied it and refilled it with water from the fire hydrant. By our third day there we were able to use it but it was green dirty water. They insisted that they do not use chemicals in the pool. They never called professionals to fix the pool. In general, for the price, I expected a decent vacation hotel. But like many similar ‘resorts’ in high tourist regions they charge a high price but do not get the fundamentals correct. There is breakfast but no restaurant. They provide coffee, tea, and water but no ice, soft drinks, or alcohol. The rooms have nice beds but small windows. The bathroom towels are terrible. Nice common living room spaces. Service was friendly but not anything like professional hotel service in a city. And the pool is big and nice but when I was there it was disgusting.

環境非常好！管家小姐姐也非常熱情，第一天在門口等我們給我們拿行李進房間都給我們詳細的介紹了酒店的配備，然後一份水果就送進房間了😋酒店的洗護用品都是資生堂的，亞麻拖鞋，竹纖維浴巾，桃木梳就連鑰匙扣房卡再離店的時候都是可以帶走的哦😎下次還會再光顧！！！

和對象，自己父母一起出遊，本身定了一間大床和一間雙床，最後給父母定了套房。首先誇讚服務員態度好的不行，酒店服務精神非常的棒。酒店硬件設施好，送水果送小吃，毛巾梳子拖鞋都是用完直接帶走，不循環試用，非常的衞生乾淨，房間也很乾凈。庭院設計，公共區域喝茶聊天打牌也很好很生活，早餐酒店自製 品種豐富味道也好。 洗衣房，棋牌室，游泳池等都很齊全。可以説住過國內很多民宿，這是最最滿意的一次，100分。 景色配圖送上，離開時還有伴手禮。

阿姨做飯很好吃 這裏的每個服務工作者都特別熱心。廚房衞生相當乾淨

If the owner and the staff wanted to create a homely stopover for travellers. They have succeeded exceedingly well. All the young staff are well trained, warm, caring and helpful, something very important for weary travellers. Thank you for taking good care of me.

管家會提前聯繫加微信和確定到店時間，包車沒有找到地方，管家也親自出來接。房間裏提前放好了水果糕點和熱牛奶。我習慣出去旅行自己帶牙刷浴巾沐浴露什麼的，但是這裏的洗漱沐浴的用品用起來都很放心。有免費的洗衣房，聯繫管家就會包取包送。除了房間裏本來配備的水，管家還給了第二天上山喝的水，爬山回來以後碰到管家，又問我們需不需要薑茶，我們要了兩杯，味道也很不錯。在附近無論有什麼問題隨時問管家，她們都會很熱心很仔細的幫忙解決。 設施和衞生都很棒，我們從三清山離開以後去南昌住了一家五星級，但完全比不上這裏。 以前住酒店都懶得寫評論，但這次確實體驗感很棒。就算不爬山，衹是為了度個假我也覺得這裏值得來一趟。

服務太好了！！！管家告知遊三清山的訊息，讓我們現場買票後回來早餐休息一下再去索道排隊，爬山後要了免費咖啡與水果，下午茶非常喜歡。晚安牛奶甜甜入夢，像回到家的感覺，感謝管家小姐姐們！
