Nice hotel to stay, resto and convenient store... Coffee and food yummy!

The hotel is nice. The food is good. The location is awesome.

Old Hotel, but clean, comfortable. very warm, friendly staffs big rooms, if you have a family, it's good for you to bring your kids here.

the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

飯店有專屬的室內停車場，親切的服務員，房間是一大床、二單人床，非常適合我們一家四口，佈置的溫馨也很舒適，乾淨是我最基本的要求也有做到，唯一美中不足的地方就是床較硬，這是我比較不習慣的地方，但整體來說還不錯。

高高興興去雲林玩，晚上住劍湖山，結果看電視看到一半有大蟑螂，為了不讓他亂竄，先用拖鞋踩爆，打給櫃檯，他們只派人上來噴酒精，再去櫃檯反應一次，櫃檯一個戴眼鏡的一副不以為然的回答：不是派人上去噴酒精了嗎？還問我：還有別隻嗎？完全沒有覺得抱歉，我有付錢還要住蟑螂房？我幣值比較低嗎？所以你們覺得房間有蟑螂出沒很正常，噴噴酒精就好了？腦子是不是該噴點？不用檢討一下你們環境是不是？ 這種應對是自詡五星級飯店櫃檯的應對，我也覺得很疑惑，你們飯店大蟑螂是很多是不是？導致你見怪不怪，我晚上睡覺都想說蟑螂是不是會跑床上，整晚睡不好！ 現在給一星，我猜會得到一點都不覺得抱歉的假惺惺抱歉官腔回覆吧

服務人員都很專業親切；餐點豐富多樣，也很健康美味；地理位置也方便，離遊樂園步行10分鐘左右就可以到，非常感謝服務人員盡心盡職的工作表現，才能有這次美好的住宿體驗；只是畢竟飯店建物已有相當的年份感，住宿硬體設施還是會覺得有美中不足的缺憾。

房間比較老舊 剛進房間就看到廁所地板以及給房客放用過的毛巾桶內有幾根長頭髮 馬桶那間地板不明原因滲水 洗澡時有緊閉淋浴間門 但水也不知怎麼的 會漏到外面地板 所以廁所地板濕答答的不太舒爽 床鋪偏硬 枕頭睡一睡就塌掉 無法有良好的睡眠品質

設施設備略為老舊

雖然有點舊，但是勝在地點方便。早餐和晚餐在同一間餐廳，但是早餐比晚餐性價比更高，晚餐真的就建議懶得出門的人購買
