酒店位置優越，周圍風景秀麗。停車方便。房型理想，並且非常乾淨。廚房設施齊全，餐具應有盡有。酒店早餐很好，無線網絡暢通。如果室內空調聲音再小一點兒就完美了。

We took a little vacation to visit Colonial Williamsburg and decided to stay here at Homewood suites. Our stay truly felt like home and everyone working at this hotel is fantastic. The rooms were clean and quiet, plenty of space and the breakfast was a nice little free addition. We would definitely stay here again!
Ps. Thank you to Karen and the concierge crew for going the extra mile and making us smile every time we walked by. We loved the cookies y’all saved us

Pros: friendly & prompt customer service; location; comfortable bed & room; affordable; decent breakfast w/ lots of quick options.
Cons: 1. ground floor room w/a broken window lock (reported to desk; a window stop installed until able to repair); 2. main laundry room for hotel linens kept the door open at all times into the hallway our room was on; this was very unsightly and also very loud staff at 0700 on a Sunday morning.

It was ok. System was down when I arrived so took about an hour fifteen to check in at 1230AM, so that was a bit exhausting after flying all day. But overall it was good staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Overall 4*s.

My written review has to do with ******* and the false advertising displayed about the hotel. You posted hot tub and inside pool. The hotel has had neither for four years ......imagine my kids disappointment after hering that. Those amenities WAS THE ONLY reason i oicked the hotel ....its what i was looking for. I showed the staff and they were in disbelief as well since , again, no inside pool or hot tub for the past 4 yrs. THEN i have a non refundable stay because i went with the wrong company. Thanks for that , ruined the night .
