酒店入口每次都要在樓下亂轉一圈才走到，不太方便，地理位置一般；大堂景色非常棒，適合癱坐欣賞，白天和夜景都很舒適，恰好情人節非常多情侶入住；房間很大價格划算，吹風機不錯，床墊也很舒服，唯一遺憾是窗簾手動

Very clean and friendly staff. However, the room is lack of a hotel interior structure (especially a 5star hotel). I guess the hotel was renovated from regular office room. You can easily see and feel the "trying to fit in" "trying to make a hotel room".

Great view as rooms are from 21st floor onwards but take note you have to carry your luggage to the 20th floor where the reception is. Need to collect your toiletries at the lobby, not provided in rooms (not a big problem and you take what you need). This is a new stylish hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Decor is modern and stylish with clean lines. Love the lavender fragrance that greets everyone who enters the lift lobby area on 1st floor where you take the lift to 20th floor (where the reception is). Close enough access to nearby shopping malls and train station (about 5 mins walk). The layout of the room especially the toilet/bathroom area in the room is most interesting. The toilet and bathroom are located separately. The door of the toilet is a wooden door but the door of the bathroom is a transparent glass door. There is this section containing the toilet/bathroom/changing area/sink/area where you hang your clothes (imagine a walk in wardrobe) and this section is separated from the sleeping section of the room by a door which you have to pull across. Take note you cannot lock this door. Also, the door of the bathroom is transparent (see through), not frosted and there are no curtains or screen. This can be inconvenient or someone may feel uncomfortable when there are children around or if you are staying with friends. This is especially so when the door between this walk in wardrobe area and sleeping area cannot be locked to prevent people from accidentally seeing your roommate taking a bath. This walk in wardrobe section is between the sleeping section and the door of the room. When a person is bathing, your roommates cannot enter the room (assuming the door is locked from inside) or the roommates enter the room and see a someone taking a bath(assuming the door is not locked from inside). There is also no table where someone can do their work and may not be suitable for business travellers.

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two rooms equipped with washing machines and microwaves for my family on [date], specifically to meet our needs during our trip. However, upon arrival and attempting to check in, I was informed that rooms meeting my reservation criteria could not be provided. After multiple communications and complaints, only one room was eventually made available that partially met my booking conditions. This not only caused significant inconvenience to our trip but also contradicted my expectations at the time of booking. I understand that hotels may face unforeseen circumstances, but I am deeply disappointed with the way this matter was handled. I expect your attention to this situation and would appreciate compensation or a solution to make up for our inconvenience and disappoin**ent. We had a wonderful stay here. A little walking distance to the train but the place is beautiful.

Makanannya enak dan tempatnya bagus, view nya juga bagus dengan pemandangan kota apalagi malam hari lebih bagus lagi

hotel new and everything is good, must stay again

Everything was great, lovely hotel with great view. Love how everywhere we walk from the hotel, we get to see beautiful sceneries. The only unfortunate event is that they don’t provide water or water bottle upon requested as we badly needed some plain water but was told to wait till next day. Other than that, all is good, so just be prepared to bring your own water.
