I chose this hotel for its location in the old town. There is a snack street nearby plus lots of small restaurants. It is a ten minute walk to 合江门/ Hejiangmen. Breakfast and room were fine for this price point. Two things to note:
1. The main entrance was a little hard to see at first, you need to pass through what looks like a clothes shop first (see my photos)
2. Foreigners need to fill in an additional paper for at check in, including a contract person who can vouch for you in China. The hotel actually did call my contact person, to confirm I had entered China on the date and at the port I had declared to them at check in.
The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay.
