Выражаю благодарность персоналу отеля за отзывчивость и заботу. Кроме обещанных услуг и достойного их качества я получила дополнительную помощь. Благодаря профессионализму сотрудников у меня осталось прияное впечатление об Ереване, который я посетила в первый раз. Теперь у пеня есть желание прпехать сюда еще раз.

Все отлично, чисто. Расположение хорошее. Доброжелательный персонал. Вкусные завтраки. Остановлюсь еще.

Останавливались всего на 1 ночь, но, думаю, в следующий раз остановимся надольше. Понравилось, что всё есть: спальня на верхнем этаже и гостиная с раскладывающимся диваном на 1м, санузел один, есть небольшая кухня со всем необходимым. Есть шампунь, гель для душа, тапочки, чай, бутилированная вода.

This is my last time staying in this hotel, i thought i forgot my passport and called them but literally less than 10 seconds i called back and said I found it, the guy hung up rudley. I stayed with them in November 2023 as well, they gave me the worst room possible with COLD WATER, i thought maybe its normal or it will get fixed, i ignored that and decided to move on, they didnt even apologize lol. Yesterday I coudnt sleep because of the noise from the other guests, imagine at 1:00 and 2:00 in the morning, you hear people in the hallway talking and walking, so much for a comfy hotel. They also never give good offers, they charge you for breakfast even though you dont want it, they barley give any discount in your a regular,( ive stayed here 4 or 5 times). The location is also a pain, if you want a delivery it will take a long time for the driver to find you. Better go to another place.

We stayed for four nights at My Hotel Yerevan and found it exceptionally good. We stayed in the deluxe room, and I've stayed in smaller rooms at five-star hotels! This one was huge, with a separate seating area heaps of cupboard space and luggage storage. The location is good: it's right on the ring road around the edge of the CBD. There's a large "SAS" supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away, and it's only 350m to the nearest metro station. But the hotel is set back from the main roads, meaning it's also very quiet at night. This can make it a touch tricky to find at first - the hotel's address is officially on Nalbandyan St, but it's also accessible from Isahakyan St, where there's a large sign pointing to it on the footpath. From this sign, walk through the tunnel to the end of that road then turn right; the hotel is then the three-story beige building ahead. Communication was excellent. They contacted us on Whatsapp a few days in advance. Their housekeeping staff noted a problem with a door in our room during our stay (we hadn't even noticed) and they called us while we were out to ask our permission for a maintenance person to enter the room to fix it! A charming simple breakfast is served in the basement. They also have an arrangement for room service with a nearby cafe for lunch/dinner. You can simply tell reception what you'd like to order and they will call the order through to the cafe in Armenian. A waiter from the cafe brings the food directly to your room and takes payment (either cash or with a mobile credit card machine). Note that the hotel has no elevator (it's just 12 rooms across three floors) but does have several rooms on the ground floor, so consider requesting one of those if stairs trouble you.

The staff are very helpful, friendly & welcoming - everything you want them to be. The breakfast options were really outstanding & each day a bit varied. I would recommend My Hotel for short or long stays.

My room was in My Apar**ents around the corner but the location was excellent. Apar**ent itself was basic but fine. No blind on the skylight window which meant it got light early. And there was a couple of long hairs on the bed sheet. And the WiFi instructions had the wrong network listed. Other than that though, good value, and the service was fantastic - constant communication through whatsapp and very accommodating.
