The best hotel in Yerevan in terms of price and quality. Very polite stuff and clean rooms. Cool swimming pool.

The hotel is rather far away from the city centre. Most of the facilities need to be refreshed. It seemed overpriced for the quality.

Хороший отель. Расположение не очень удобное, находиться на горе, рядом нет никаких магазинов. Номер уютный, чистый, но очень тонкие стены, и высокая слышимость. На наш взгляд слишком жесткий матрас. Спа, бассейн один из лучших на нашей памяти, бассейн осень теплый и приятный.

The hotel claims that it is 5 star hotel but I have been in 5 star hotels and this one is not up to that standard at all, the rooms are not clean, things left from previous guests found in the rooms, the housekeeping is very late in the day, the servers and waiters are not helpful at all, they give the menu and they will disappear you will wait for long time for them to take your order or even they will not come at all we left the restaurant without food. By The way the location of the hotel is not convenient it is far from the center of the city you have to take a taxi which cost spending more money. I do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a good hotel, with good beds and facilities. However the fact that he room temperature was 27.5 degrees (in April 20024) ruined the whole experience. Nothing was done to make the air-conditioning work and another chamber was also not offered. Even with the windows open it was hard to sleep. For a hotel of this type this is unacceptable. Without this issue I would have given a 8 for the hotel.

This will be our third time to stay in a Radisson hotel, as exected the rooms are spacious and elegantly designed. Although located a bit far from the city center, it is easy to get around by taxi. Ample amenities provided. Breakfast is quite good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. One of my favorite hotels 🤗

Positive Points: - good Swimming pool - good room but without Balcony - good staffs - good place: top of the hill: you can walk to the republic square by 50 min but coming back better with taxi or ... Improvement Points: - Average breakfast: needs to have more diversity, specially to add better breads and some more foods
