I really love this place. It's just amazing experience. I stayed here 3 nights. Good hospitality and customer service . Staffs are polite and professional. Delicious food. I am sure I will come again whenever I visit Bangalore. Thank you.

DONT book this place. The management and service is absolutely pathetic. The reception staff is arrogant ,rude and disrespectful and they will make sure that every possible inconvenience comes your way if you book here. The moment you check with them about anything they get aggressive and indulge in verbal fights. Read the Google reviews before you even consider booking. The place was good once, hence the positive reviews but the current management is absolutely worst.

Thanks a lot to varshita for a trouble free check in experience. Had a comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Keep up the good work. Clean, easy to access. Very close to the airport. Staff is available to address any query and support with the same.

I enjoyed alot and service was very good.mostly front office Mr akhil, was very cooperative for service.i didn't faced any issue about cab's ,rooms were cleaned, food service is good, good time management,I experienced good and comfort by staying in gateway.thank you guys

Great stay and a perfect resting facility. Even breakfast was at mark. Also room facilities were good, near to airport adds one more star to this Hotel. Fluffiest Pillow I habe ever experienced. Would like to stay again if I am in Banglore next time

While we check in they took much time we was waited alot that's make us so irritate. The frunt officers Akhil and Varshitha was communicated and treated as good with Us. And FMD Devender as well. And I'm appreciating to them for everything Finally Happy with Shiva's Gateway
