這是我們第二次來這個度假村了。停車很方很，安保嚴格，環境很安全，安靜，讓人很放鬆。自助餐很豐盛，員工很友好非常熱情，總是能在需要的時候，及時提供幫助。員工英文都挺流利，溝通無障礙！性價比非常高的度假村。下次一定在夏季來一次，因為泳池看着實在是很漂亮！

Très belles piscines, plage un peu moins, eau pratiquement noir mais très calme avec peu de touristes
Belle hôtel avec une décoration de goût mais à rénover et rafraîchir...
Propreté à revoir, pas de changement de draps tout les jours dans les chambre, sol sale...
Buffet répétitif tous les jours et manque de fruits frais et de glaces
Pas d’ascenseur donc très embêtant nous étions au premier étage avec un bébé
Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoile européen.

First time here lovey weather would 100% come back. The animation team were amazing especially Hana she was so kind and helpful to everyone.there was lots of games and activities to take part in all day long and then shows and Muño discos at night.

Amazing stay. Room was amazing and clean. Pool area and beach facilities were great. Entertainment team were amazing especially amine, he made the holiday. Shows every night were to a high standard and there was always something to do during the day and night. We went to the al a carte restaurant for an extra charge which was really nice and worth the extra bit of money. Already planning to come back next year.

First time in Tunisia and at this hotel. Most friendly staff. From reception team to the entertainment team. The amber lounge bar staff Imed very attentive and welcoming. Massive shout out to Hana banana!! She’s most loveliest person you’ll ever met in this resort. Doesn’t matter how busy she is with the kids club. She’ll always make time for you and always has a dazzling smile. She is the heart and soul of the mirage hotel. Can’t wait to come back with family again just to see the friendly staff again.

Loveeeeee this hotel!! The weather, the room, the food and the staff all lovely. Sassi in the restaurant is a gem, Hana is so lovely, Nordi always putting a smile on your face. Will 100% come back 😁 Beautiful hotel couldn’t recommend it anymore

Tout était ok sauf le responsable de réception était très désagréable et aussi nous avions réservé une villa de luxe de 85 mètres carrés or on s est retrouvé dans une villa de 60 mètres carrées 😡 nous avions fait la réclamation auprès de la réception mais ils
Nous ont dit que tout était complet:( résultat des courses j ai donc dormi sur le canapé du salon :( et d ailleura nous vous avions tenu au courant chers Expédia mais vous j avez toujours pas réagi à cela

Très déçue !!!! J’attends le remboursement de ma réservation prélevée deux fois depuis 2 mois !!! Et toujours rien !! Beaucoup d’excuses pour ralentir les choses , solutions apportées de mon côté pour accélérer mais rien du votre ! C’est honteux ! 👎👎 Le service client est 0 ! Dommage d’avoir un masque ! Attention lors de vos paiements !
