Vincci Saphir Palace & Spa

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week as the photos looked great and it was affordable for two students. We were definitely not disappointed ! The food was delicious, offering a wide range of dishes so even the fussiest of eaters could be satisfied. Breakfast offered lots of pastries, toast and cereals but if you are hoping for cooked breakfast there isn’t much in way of sausages and bacon. Moreover, there wasn’t much at all in the way of snacks just the waffle things in the pictures but we were told it wasn’t peak season and so snacks aren't offered much until then The staff in the restaurant area, throughout the hotel, the pool and indoor bar and at the front desk were amazing and we cannot fault them at all. My boyfriend became known as ‘Liverpool’ as he wore his football shirt and they never failed to stop and say hi when they saw us. There was a few cocktails on offer (however not any traditional ones such as piña colada) which are not watered down at all and could be a little strong. There are lots of activities such as archery and aqua exercise (ran by entertainer ramos) and sport such as volley ball and table tennis and obviously a brilliant pool. The location was great too. A 20 min taxi to the town for 15 DT which is about 4 quid!! And right next to the beach! Only issue we had was no evening entertainment only loud music. Tips if you go: If you leave the hotel TURN YOUR WRIST BAND OVER!! People trying to sell you things will claim they work at the hotel or know someone who does and will try to get you to buy their things Another common trick is to hand you things or get you to eat food and take pictures whilst avoiding the question of how much it will cost/ seeming free. NOTHING is free and so if you aren’t interested just continue to refuse politely As well as this, if you haggle a price, choose one and stick with it. We got magnets for as cheap as 1 DT (20p) and bracelets for about 10DT (£2.50) The water park/ amusement park near by is great for children ages 5-15 as there are only 3 water slides and amusement is quite kiddy except for a few rides. That being said, my boyfriend and I, 21 and 19, did enjoy a few hours here! It cost us £12 each to go to water park and amusement park.

On the picture i put up are me and my friend i met there and the pool bar guy n ramos to. I went on my own and was made welcome. Can't wait to go back and see everyone again. Could be next month I go again. Ramos- in the day is funny guy and good laugh, gets on with everyone and by night time he dj, me and my friend got him up dancing n teach him to dance. Good person. We loved that hotel! The food is delicious, many sea food dishes, very beautiful pool area and beach, the rooms are big and cozy with great views! The service was excellent, especially the animation Ramos was so polite, active and fun, made our stay the one to remember!

Everyone were so polite, with smile on their faces always and ready to help you… apsolutely recomendation! Nice hotel, nice beaches, just beautiful place that you need to visit!!!!! You have a lot of deliciuos food, all types, so everything in total was awesome!!!!

I do hope that I manage to persuade at least one family/couple to not stay here. We have returned after 3 days due to the very poor conditions we were faced with in this hotel. Definitely not 4*. Poorly maintained. Very poor food choices that were re used multiple times at dinner times. Staff were attentive to females but not males. Often the answer to any requests or questions we had were met with the same dismissive answer, 10 minutes. Maybe a bad idea writing this review so soon after we have returned home but I really feel like this was missold to us. The worst experience abroad by far.

My wife and I were happy to be on such perfect hotel. The service is excellent. Food quality is super. I really enjoyed my time on here. I highly recommend visiting it. The employees are extremely professional and smiling. Thank you for having us

Great Hotel. Restaurant spotlessly clean with all staff on the move non stop. Very smart matching suits & Bow ties, so friendly & helpful. Food was absolutely FANTASIC. In the Bar area, Ali (Top Man) & His Bar staff are so friendly too making my stay so enjoyable. Hyifa (Hope I have Spelt that correct)? in the Reception Area was Wonderful & Could NOT of been any more helpful, Thank You Hyifa. Excellent Hotel, we stayed for 7 nights. staff was very helpful all over the hotel.Our room was big with a sea view, cleaned every day with clean towels every day. Food was in general excellent all day except on Saturday night when it became very crowded and staff struggled to cope. Great pool area with a pool bar and good sunbeds. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a comfortable environment.
