Great Hotel. Restaurant spotlessly clean with all staff on the move non stop. Very smart matching suits & Bow ties, so friendly & helpful. Food was absolutely FANTASIC. In the Bar area, Ali (Top Man) & His Bar staff are so friendly too making my stay so enjoyable. Hyifa (Hope I have Spelt that correct)? in the Reception Area was Wonderful & Could NOT of been any more helpful, Thank You Hyifa. All in All I would 100% Recommend Any one to give this Hotel a try. 27 04 24 - 10 05 24. Nick Room 420.

Excellent Hotel, we stayed for 7 nights. staff was very helpful all over the hotel.Our room was big with a sea view, cleaned every day with clean towels every day. Food was in general excellent all day except on Saturday night when it became very crowded and staff struggled to cope. Great pool area with a pool bar and good sunbeds. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a comfortable environment.

+ Generally Tunisia is quite a dirty place, but Hammamet and Vincci Saphir Palace is a clean, nice hotel to spend time at. Great variety of delicious food and drinks at the bar, both in the lobby and at the pool. Really polite and friendly staff, they do their best to please their guests. Awesome pool, very clean and spacious. - There is lack of animation in the afternoon. Although animation team is doing their best (especially Marcello), music ends at 11pm. The place is also some kind of sanatorium??, so that's probably the reason, for sure it's not animators fault. Also we booked 3-persons room and we found only 2 beds as soon as we entered the room and it took the staff several hours to give us the third bed, but luckily everything ended well :) Overall we really appreciated our stay at the Vincci Saphir Palace, but we would rather acknowledge it as 4****. Greeting from happy guests from Poland. We already miss our holidays. :))))))))))))))))))

This hotel has a few advantages including the location which is accessible to the beach and Carthage land , the rooms are spacious and confortable, the covered pool is acceptable too. We have some comments regarding the dining in the main restaurant, the food in the buffet is average with limited choices, the staff are rude and not welcomed, the dessert section is very poor using very bad quality, the buffet is never filled up once is over. The lighting in the hotel lobby is dark and they cut it off at late night, there is no animation in the evening except once a big group came on Saturday, they called one guy to play with organ until 11 PM. The hotel is totally far from 05 stars category and deserve to be only 03 stars . The car parking is located at the back of the hotel and seems to be like a factory parking entrance. My advise is to avoid staying in this hotel and try something else.

very good personal, Hamza is very professional barman, make cool cocktails drinks and much more things. personal is very friendly and good service . Thank you Hamza👍🍸🍹 Vincci Saphir Palace's room is very comfortable, clean all rooms have comfortable balcony.
