Amazing hotel ! Would 100% stay again ! All the staff brilliant couldn't do enough for you. Food outstanding every meal time . Pool was brilliant too . Sea view rooms is a must! All inclusive drinks were fantastic a lot to try ! The Mrs loved the cocktails.

I love this hotel so much ,the workers in restaurant are really kind and helpful . There is good internet everywhere, clean and modern rooms . So many things to do made by entertaiment team , so many activities so no one will be bored ,thanks to Wissem Pikatchou , Saber Khadhraoui and Aziz Taboubi and Aicha best team in the world!!!

First time in Tunisia and a very successful trip, good hotel and food. Wifi available. The best point of the hotel was the animation team, they made our holiday so good. thank you guys Wissem Pikatchou, Saber Khadhraoui, Aziz Taboubi...............

WiFi not great at all the place was clean but, no kettles in room around the pool there are a lot of tiles that need repairing the beach is not clean at all rubbish all over . The food was never hot staff were all lovely I think it’s the management that needs to get it sorted

Except for the first night because the bed was uncomfortable, we and our baby couldn't sleep at all, we changed rooms the next day and had comfortable stay here. Thanks Cyrine and colleagues for your help and kind greetings every morning. Thanks to the bar for satisfying me in getting hot water every night for my baby. Variety of breakfast options. But it’s not uncommon to see leftover food from last night at dinner. Indoor pool staff will close the pool early regardless of whether anyone is swimming or not. The hotel is located in the city center, so you can take a walk after dinner.

This hotel needs inves**ent and care.the floor tiles round and near the pool are broke.the kids club exterior is a mess.food not very good and mostly cold.cockroachs in the toilets.entertainment very poor in march because of ramadam and low season.outdoor pool was dirty and no pumps etc on.best bit of all the holiday was the great staff.heated indoor pool was cold.gym everything broke.pool tables and air hockey very dirty you pay to get filthy.glad to get home never again.thishotel was in ramadam which I understand.

The staff at this resort is extremely good. The staff are very helpful, the resort is clean and the swim up bar is brill. Food is nice and a good selection. Thank you marcopolo , we really enjoyed our time this is not our first or last time we are definitely coming back soon Thank you the reception team for your help A special thanks also to the guest relations manager

This is our 2nd visit to Marco Polo and it is an amazing resort, the food is always fresh & delicious and all the staff, from reception, cleaners, bar, food servers & chefs are so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, last time we came with our teenagers, this time as a couple & this resort suits everybody. Thank you so much Marco Polo x x

Everything was almost okay , except lack of guests I felt a little bit alone otherwise The Spa was excellent and one of the masseuse was my favourite. Anyway, I enjoyed my time , the weather was good , I enjoyed the food , everything was clean my room the areas.. the stuff were were wonderful, the bar the front desk , the restaurant especially the guest relation manager, she was very beautiful friendly and especially helpful. Thank you marcopolo staff
