The location was perfect—two minutes from the CAT Ferry. Early breakfast menu provided a lot of choices. Hotel room was spacious and very clean.

Terrible hotel. Unbelievably noisy. The room was so dirty that my socks were black by the time I went to bed. Hair all over the bathtub and sink. The dining room was also bad. Food not terrible but everything else about it was awful.

The lobby area is beautiful but the rooms definitely need some upgrading.
The pool and sauna were great!
Our view was terrible and the heat was not working.
The staff were so helpful and kind though, and transferred us to another room immediately.

I can’t sleep because of music from the pub downstairs. I called the front desk and they said it would be turned down at 11 and said “sorry.” It got better for a bit but now loud again.

Had an issue when we first got there, we booked a 2 queen room but the room was a single king. They fixed it right away. Our 2nd night stay was interrupted by a very loud neighbouring room and they rectified it by moving us once again to a quieter area! Great staff with everyone with had interaction with (room attendants, front desk and dining room)
Hotel was under renovations but we could hardly tell, can’t wait to come back and see the upgrades!

This was a great stay for me. Room was a good size, clean, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a little small but ok. Restaurant in the hotel was very good. Liked that stores were close by, walkable. Staff were very nice. Would stay again for sure.

It is centrally located in the town. Easy walking! We were happy with the whole experience and would certainly use this facility again! A nice restaurant, as well. No complaints! Disappointed that their pool was not working, but that is no one’s fault and hopefully will get repaired.

The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean and well-appointed, and the amenities were very nice although they could have been more eco-friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.
Staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful.
