Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic
We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport..
It came out that it was part of the fun
The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows..
However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes,
The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components..
Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming
Definitely will stay there again

The hotel was next to a private beach and had outdoor and indoor swimming pools. The hotel staff were very nice and polite. The hotel breakfast was excellent. The hotel was 7 kilometers away from the city center, but you could take a minibus to the city center at any time. The hotel was close to Forum and Cevahir shopping malls. The hotel location was very quiet and away from the noise of the city. The courtyard of the hotel was big and full of trees. I will return to this hotel again in the next trips.

I have a booking with my wife and daughter I have a booking with my wife and daughter for 3 nights in ramada tarabzon when we received the room we were surprised that the room was with 3 single beds we contacted the reception to change to a room with a double bed and an extra single bed , we were informed that tonight nothing is available but they will make an Arrangement tomorrow to transfer to the reserved room , on the next day we were shocked by the hotel manger mr ameen who was extremely rude and denied they have any double rooms in the hotel plus he said that all the rooms in the hotel are single beds and there aren't any double beds , and he said that the only way to provide a double bed by combining 2 single beds , we weren’t satisfied with the answer but we went along with him because we were starting the day with a planned tour and we couldn’t wait much longer and when we came back at night unfortunately nothing changed we aren't happy with the situation and aren’t satisfied with our experience with ramada because we aren't used to this type of treatment from ramada

We stayed there for one night and the breakfast was okay but the issue was the mini bar even though we didn’t eat or drink anything they charges us for a sprite that we didn’t drink 0/10 for that, and the bathroom was okay they didn’t have toothbrush and combs which i would give 2/10 for that over all 1/10 hotel not staying again!

My stay at Ramada Trabzon was a nightmare from start to finish. I checked in and within an hour, I wanted to check out due to the filthy conditions and terrible customer service. However, they refused to let me check out until I canceled my booking online, which was a hassle. On top of that, they had the audacity to charge me 100 euros for the cancellation. This place is a scam, and they’re only interested in ripping you off. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This is my second time staying at Ramada Hotel. It is a very good hotel. I dare to say that it is one of the best hotels in Trabzon in Turkey. It is a real 5-star hotel. Excellent management. It has trained personnel with excellent hospitality. I am very grateful to Mr. Berat for his sincere and respectful treatment in the reservation. And any request we have, they do it for us immediately. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel without any hesitation

It's a beautiful location and excellent facility. I would like to say that the front desk staff spoke English well and was helpful. But unfortunately we had a negative experience with the restaurant staff. They avoided us and were giving us bad looks. I don't know if it is because we are not locals or what. The staff really needs to work on hospitality skills. In the huge dining room, the food was beautifully laid out, but the staff didn't greet us, and we were the only people in the entire room at the time. Even though everything about the hotel seemed excellent, I would not return there for this lack of hospitality reason.

The staff are very polite, the facilities are great, in this time of visit was not crowded and it was a good point for me. The pool is great, it doesn't have a private beach but next to the public beach. The breakfast is very good. There is a great spa and indoor pool as well

This is my second stay at the Ramada, as I have chosen to book it among many other hotels in Trabzon. Unfortunately , this time I made a mistake! Why? Well, I came across a rally unpleasant and disappointing incident. Unfortunately,a very rude staff from the room service who tried to make me sign against my will after I requested to pay my invoice in cash!! He was aggressive and not polite!This is the first time I face this issue and it completely ruined my stay at the Ramada hotel. Imagine paying a lot of money for the hotel to relax in your own room and someone walks in and talks to you in a disrespectful way without even a reason!!!! I hope the hotel take a suitable action and do the needful to reflect a goog image of the hotel. ADEL BEHBEHANI.

The hotel looks new and modern, is bright, clean and quite big and has has an excellent location by the Black Sea. Our room was on the 5th floor. was large, clean and had a balcony with a wonderful view of the sea. All the amenities expected were available and the breakfast had an impressive selection of very tasty options.
