This hotel uses water softener and I want my money back. Give me my money back so I can get a real shower.

Front desk employees were rude and disrespectful. Not a good look for the brand, however, I do appreciate the room service!

It was great. Just needed a quick place to stay at while i was in town for a convention.

For the price, not horrible. All of the coffee and drink dispensers in the lobby were out of order. Gap all the way around door of the room. Pretty quiet and well lighted parking lot.

Super 8 was a good night's stay. It is an older property, but the price was great! It is a no-frills motel, which i was looking for (didn't need breakfast or anything like that since i was visiting fam!), but it was comfortable, shower & water pressure were good, the king room was very comfy, plenty of wall plugs for phone and laptop (which i didn't bring!). The only down side for me, being 5'3" lady was the bed was HIGH! =)~ With bad knees, that was my only issue, but not their fault at all!! And did have an issue of my key not working the 2nd day - so had to go to the office to get those redone. But nice office, got those taken care of. Thank you for a good night's sleep!

Very comfortable. I was sick the whole time but the cleaning crew was super nice

The room smells good when I first open the door but it’s only last for a few minutes then it starts to smell bad. Definitely not a pleasant smell. They put the new caulking over on top of old one! It looks pretty bad to the point I am not sure if I should take a shower LOL I stayed at this property several times before and we were ok with it. Just got a bad one this time.

No coffee in the room. Hair dryer non functional No guide for the tv One tiny bar of soap for two guests No shampoo

Room was ok. Somewhat half renovated. Saw several roaches in the bathroom periodically.

This was exactly what I expected, if not exeeding my expectations, for a 65 dollar a night motel. The room was clean and comfortable, if not distinctly shabby. The amenities were minimal, but again.... 65 bucks a night. If you want a lux experience, go to a lux hotel. If you want a good deal on a place to rest your head for a night or two, this place is fine. The water was hot and plentiful, the beds were more comfortable than some at fancy-schmancy hotels I've stayed at for work, the internet was decent, there were no bugs, the staff was present, the ac was cold. 5/5 stars man. My only complaint is the coffee provided for the in-room coffee maker was crap, but that's pretty standard for most hotels. There's a decent coffee place just around the corner if you need it.
