This hotel is in an ideal location- right in the middle of zhongshan pedestrian road. They also have a garden rooftop with a great sunset view of the city. Getting one of the garden view rooms with balcony was worth it because of the easy access to this rooftop view. :) room was very clean and modern and have all the basic things you need. Shower was also very good!

It is nice location walking to pedestrian road, claen tidy modern hotel. I recommend visitors.

Wonderful view from the balcony and well located. Sex toy vending machine at the room was a bit weird.

There's not much of a service except for the robot and front desk. Rooms are small, especially shower room and toilet. Room is clean, but there is a lot of dust in Air Conditioning. There is no privacy at the terrace because it's not separated from the rooms on the side. Location is great, but the hotel is over priced.

Great price. Central location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Laundromat lack dryer, that’s about the only downside.

The age of the room was a little bit more old then expected from the picture. Breakfast incl. soup was, but very basic.

First days there was no soap in the room, in my friends room was no water bottles refilled. Staff is really nice and helpful, location is just great!

Rooms with bathtubs on the balcony are amazing 😍

位置就在中山路後段 步行大概10分鐘就到最熱鬧的位置 酒店的設施也一般 明明說有健身房 但只有一部踩單車機 這樣還叫做健身房嗎？ 但服務真的是一言難盡 辦理入住的時候 前台一直說找不到我們的訂單 讓我們等了半小時 在途中不斷處理其他客人的事情 到成功上房後 又打電話給我們，要我們提供資料，提供完資料後10分鐘，又有員工到了我們的房間 說要拍下訂單資料 當時已經是凌晨一點 真的非常不專業 除此之外 我們叫了外賣 外賣小哥放在前台 保潔阿姨竟然把它掉了 一直找不到我的外賣 他們還怪外賣小哥 我說要看監控 他們才知道是員工犯的錯 這樣的酒店我以後不會再住 大家也不要踩坑了 如果想有一個10分「難忘」的廈門之旅 請你住這間酒店吧

房間衞生很好,設施很先進,有健生房,空中花園,洗衣房,雙人房有投影看電視很爽,智能廁所還是第一次見,還有很可愛的送餐機器人,這邊打車應該是很方便的,一出門就可以打到車,服務態度wifi什麼的也是頂頂的好評！

由於買的機票比較早發現沒有時間吃酒店的早餐和前台商量説能不能退，開始答應了退餐費，但是一直從前一天的晚上拖到我們都已經從廈門回長沙了，餐費還是沒有退，如果不願意退可以不答應，既然答應了就要履行承諾，不是多少錢的事情，主要答應了不退就是信譽問題。
