It started of a bit disappointing at first because they didn’t have the room I booked but the manager was really good and she upgraded me to a better room. Overall I had a lovely stay and would like to stay here again if I visit Xian.

Les draps sont assez propres mais c'est bien tout. La chambre sentait très fort la cigarette, on a du faire une machine pour s'en débarrasser. L'immeuble est assez glauque. Pas d'eau chaude sauf le dernier jour dans la salle de bain.
Pour trouver il faut que la dame qui gère les receptions vous trouve sinon impossible. Elle passe la journée en bas dans la rue, elle nous a attrapé alors qu'on marchait en sortant du métro en nous montrant la réservation.
Je dirais donc que c'est bien pour les tous petits budgets.

The family owning and running the place is very kind and helpful
The room is warm and comfortable, and the bathroom is kept very clean
Great location: close to the city center, right next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around, ...
FYI the only con is that there is only one bathroom for 4 rooms and the family living there, so there could be some wait (nothing major though!)

We had a very nive stay there. The family is helpful and friendly. We are two people traveling by bike, the room was big enough to store both our bikes in it without any problem. We had great nights, since the bed is very comfortable and the night are quiet. The building is in a nice neighborhood, with lots of shops and restaurants around and with direct access to subway. It's also at a walkable distance from the center. This place is definitely a great deal for this price!

There is a street food market outside the door which is fantastic
