Hotel was really nice, room was spacious, and clean. Reception and hotel staff very welcoming. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality hotel.

Couldn't find it，locate no where，Made mistake，terrible experimence，so expensive，we got lost in the countryside，and no taix take us to there，I travel from abroad。just waste my money！unpleasant ！

Best hotel in Blackpool, great staff great area great rooms nothing bad to say

We had a great stay here. The setting was lovely and great if you wanted to enjoy Blackpool but wanted somewhere more peaceful to stay. Our room was upgraded as all the king rooms were full, which was very handy as we had a new born. However, it seemed that the king rooms would have been big enough anyway.
We had access to the pool, which was great.
Our only slight gripe was that the room was quite chilly. It was fine when the heater was on but you had to keep turning it on every hour.
Over all, we will definitely stay here again and the staff were lovely!

This hotel is excellent value for money went mid week alone and didn’t feel awkward. Stayed in a room which included free parking and free access to gym and pools and was great deal and kept me busy during my solo stay. I used the gym and pools /jacuzzi which were all open until 10pm.

Great to see the makeover of the hotel which was long overdue. Bedroooms like new and much lighter colours.
Not convinced about the Helter Skelter breakfast room.
Bar and grill good decent and great service.
Very enjoyable stay.

Very nice. Quite a trek down to the attractions & sea front. Would be nice if they ran a shuttle a several times a day. Facilities very nice, just on my stay, all the soap dispensers in the changing rooms were empty.

The room was lovely until we came to the pullout bed to find food all over the bed which was off putting.
House keeping were very good but reception could not give a dam.
Bar food was a disappointment the children would not each their meals and my husband said worse meal for a hotel.
Lovely Pool kids loved it.

The hotel was good but the noise from the people using the leisure facilities was horrendous, it needs a member of staff to control the people in their and a quiet policy
