This was a go to place for weekend getaways had the nicest reasonable jacuzzi rooms around but this time something has changed..The one thing was how terrible the room smelled the moment we opened the door(cant begin to explain the scent either). When taking a shower it would fill up with water because it was clogged, so I looked at the drain myself it was part of a wrapper from the saop they provide, why couldn't housekeeping take initiative and
just deal with the issue. The room just seemed like someone just did a quick once over and as long as it looks good to the eye that was all that mattered..unfortunately thats when returning customers of Best Western Plus Shillington PA stop returning.
One more thing CLEAN THE FILTERS IN THE WALL UNITS!!

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was exquisite. The free breakfast was much more than expected, and very good. The staff were very friendly. It's a great hotel in a great location.

Remodeled but with cheapest possible materials. Doors already peeling apart, faucets leaking. Might stray again traveling solo for single night

I would say that overall, I enjoyed my stay there, however, I felt duped a bit because beside beside the Jacuzzi in the room which was expected, but the room wasn’t as roomy as displayed on the website…

It was noisy and it wasn’t a very safe comfortable feeling . I’m glad i had my dogs . Being two girls traveling I’d want a safer place

Work on a broken elevator started at 6:30 AM and since our room was next to said elevator the talk which started at 6 and the clanging at 6:30 woke us up. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

It was a last minute one night stay. They had the right type of room I needed (accessible), needed two beds though. Otherwise it was quiet. The only thing I didn’t like was the small enclosed dining area. I didn’t use that.

Location is good near restaurants, breakfast was good and staff friendly. The night I went police came because of noisy guests, yelling, etc. beds sheets were old and had holes in one of the beds. I don’t know if pet friendly rooms are lower standard because I stayed in regular rooms at this chain hotels and not encountered this problem.

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room, but the whole hotel smelled like people smoke everywhere.
The towels were very cheap and they were white once upon a time, not anymore.
The bathtub was filthy.
The front desk staff was very good and the breakfast excellent, the breakfast attendant was so nice and courteous that made us to forget about other things.
