Let's not kid anyone here: we picked the hotel based on its restaurant, and I think so do many people. The hotel itself was very nice and lovely, the building is really nice, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. From a service perspective, the hotel did its absolute best to deal with our rather unique requests which came as last minute as could be, due to some not very comfortable surprise the day of booking somewhere else in the country. To the hotel staff: thanks again for your help there, and we again deeply apologise for the trouble. We hope to come visit you once again, this time without bringing any bad surprise.

Das Zimmer ist sehr groß, das Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist ein alleinstehendes Nebenhaus, mit viel Platz für eine Familie mit Kindern. Das Personal ist freundlich bis sehr freundlich. Die Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Wir haben das Hotel u.a. wegen einer vorhandenen Sauna gebucht. Leider hat die Sauna nicht funktioniert und wurde bis zu unserer Abreise auch nicht repariert. Aber selbst, wenn sie intakt wäre, würden da maximal 3 Leute reinpassen, da sie sehr klein ist. Auch das Zimmertresor hat nicht funktioniert, obwohl der Techniker versucht hat, ihn zu reparieren. Trotz der ruhigen Lage hört man in den Zimmern alles, was im Hof passiert. Zudem liegt das Hotel sehr weit entfernt von der Altstadt, zu Fuß geht man ca. 45 Minuten, daher ist das Hotel aus unserer Sicht eher wenig für eine Stadtbesichtigung geeignet. Wir würden das Hotel nicht wieder buchen.
