Me and my partner came to the Spa for 3 days/2night to celebrate his birthday. We had the aqua thermal each day and 2 days of trea**ents. Everyday has been amazing! The facilities, people, food, everything. A big thank you for an amazing time!!

We stayed for a night with spa access evening meal and breakfast! Best thing about the stay is the staff, all of them are amazing and worth their weight in gold! All go the extra mile to produce amazing customer service! The spa was to us too busy, too many in there at once! Seemed to be full of hen do’s so for a couple it wasn’t relaxing due to the noise and groups hogging the pools. The restaurant, amazing! Food was incredible and staff even better! The room was okay, but the air con didn’t work so it was a really hot night and the fan in the bathroom just didn’t stop screaming all night! Overall pretty good

We have literally just returned home from an overnight break and just have to leave a review - it’s so brilliant and have had 24 hours of pure luxury! 2 hours in the improved spa (it was great before - this is my third stay) but seems to have got better! Each and every member of the team are friendly, polite and go beyond for you. The rooms are spotless, the robes and towels large and fluffy, bath and shower in the rooms with Elemis products make this just a wonderful break. We dad a three course meal in the Orangery last night and everything was cooked and served to perfection and extremely tasty, with a full English this morning - again brilliant. I can’t wait for stay number 4!! 🤩

Absolutely five star service all round, from initially making the booking via the website, great and really easy to calling up a couple of weeks later to add some extra trea**ents on, again great and extremely pleasant and very capable staff member assisted me. The facilities were absolutely spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The spa area inside and out was beautiful and every single staff member was courteous and professional. Our lunch in the orangery was delicious and so much more than I had expected. All of the employees in the restaurant were extremely friendly and very efficient. We were looked after mainly by Philip who was a credit to the company. Our massages were performed by Talliulla and Honor and we were extremely impressed not only with their skill but also their dedication and professionalism. We would highly recommend anyone visiting, very enjoyable plus excellent value for money! 🙏🏻👍🏼

Just come back from overnight stay at the spa hotel. Did the thermal spa stay, which included dinner and breakfast. The hotel and spa were both lovely and the food was beautiful. Only complaint is that my breakfast plate was taken away while I had a mouthful of toast. It still had bacon, sausage, half my egg and mushrooms on so I had no idea why he thought I had finished. I wouldn't mind but my friend was sat in front of me with an empty plate and that was left. I didn't say anything as by the time I had swallowed my toast he was gone. Maybe he thought I had eaten enough! Apart from that everything else was perfect.

Absolutely amazing afternoon from walking through the door to walking out of it. Celebrating birthdays on the aquathermal journey followed by afternoon tea. Welcoming and courteous staff, sensational surroundings, 1st class facilities and delicious food. Can't wait to come back again

Our first visit and can’t wait to come back again. We’ve been to quite a few spas but Ribby Hall Spa is the best we’ve been to. Spa itself was perfect (bit busy in the outdoor pools on our first day, but other than that perfect), our deluxe hotel room was lovely, only downside was a rubbish view of the car park but room itself was really nice. Food and service in the restaurant were spot on as were the cocktails. Perfect spa night, can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent service from the whole spa team from moment we arrived- also plenty of towels, a nice robe and lovely facilities in the changing room with Elemis products, good hairdryers and straighteners. The ‘journey’ was spot on, a real pleasure on a windy rainy afternoon, especially the outdoor spas and saunas. We followed this up with a super afternoon tea, and topped up the copious amounts of tea and coffee with wines recommended by Les. A delight and a real asset to any hospitality business. I hope you find it as relaxing as my husband and I did.

First class Hotel and lovely Spa area. Great setting outside too with the bar area and Jacuzzis. Only complaint would be big groups hogging the Jacuzzis but that's not the fault of the hotel. Will definitely come back and the staff are brilliant. The orangery restaurant us fabulous and the food is great.
