Premier Inn Chippenham

The team were very friendly and accommodating. We have family treats for all our birthdays and stopped here on our way to Longleat Safari. On arrival in our room was a birthday card and chocolate. This gave an added personal touch which was lovely. Breakfast was also amazing.

Dirty bedding and toilet bin had dirty used sanitary products still left from previous guests. We didn’t noticed the dirty bedding until we were ready for bed as it was a late return to our room due to visiting family. Had to use towels to go over pillows and toilet bin wasn’t noticed till next morning m. Disgusting I have photos of these but couldn’t find anyone at reception next morning and we had to leave sharply due to having a flight to catch

Very bad food .cold and disgusting breakfast burger are nothing as tasty .kids food a masive joke.better eat from Morrison

We use Premier inns - a lot. Never before have we received a call a few days before asking us which floor we would like and then receiving a welcome note ( and 2 biscuits) with our name on it. There are staff here that make this hotel special and its obvious as soon as you walk through the door. Someone has gone to the trouble to print 3 A4 size copies of the map of Chippenham, what to see and where to eat. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay a really good one. But notes of recognition must go to Gina on reception who was behind the pre visit call and welcome card - does she get a day off? Also to Brandon in the Brewers Fayre who despite a long days service still managed to make us feel welcome and looked after us very well.

Room dusty around the edges. Carpet needed vacuuming more thoroughly. Cold tap not working. Dangerous for children. Room smelled - as if there had been a water leak. Fan on in room when we arrived - seemed to be to disguise the smell. When we turned it off, the smell was stronger. Receptionist very ut out by request to change rooms!

I was going to stay for 3 x nights, but I ended up cancelling the last night as I hadn't slept for 2 x nights due to the temperature of the room and a noisy cheap fan, which was left in the room to try and keep it cool. The TV not working (No signal), very dangerously loose toilet seat, a very, very slow running cold basin tap as well as a blocked basin drain, a sticky stain on the floor in front of tea making area and to top it all, the Ultimate WIFI I purchased for 3 x devices, only worked on one device. Manager disinterested in problem recovery and just kept on saying 'I'm really sorry', an absolutely appalling stay at this hotel with broken items that should have fixed.

very comfortable hotel good food and safe parking for sports cars . we always stay at this hotel when we go on lotus track days.

Excellent as always at a Premier Inn. The only little let down at this Premier Inn was the internet went down. Not a real issue but did spoil our visit a little. Food and service a the nearby Brewers Faye Wes excellent too. Location is very good.

Second time staying here. Reception team very friendly and helpful. Room clean and tidy, beds comfy, nice to have a second chair when two people using the room. Nothing really to complain about. Beefeater next door offered a good breakfast and evening meal.
