Very rude staff at check in. The lady seemed very irritated and was very short with us. We were just arriving and apparently there had been a lot of kids at the pool and it needed to be closed. There were a lot of little ones present in the lobby area but they all seemed well behaved. It just rubbed off on us when we arrived I guess. Maybe the front desk is understaffed.

The pool was sort of small, but nice without a crowd. Hot tub was decent. Sauna was nice. The bar is huge, excellent service. A great place to relax after skiing.

The manager and one other woman was very very nice the girlS that were on the afternoon Night Shift extremely rude telling us they had a complaint of our three-year-old when nobody was below us but the office

I took my teenage son for a mini vacation. We had a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the arcade and pool/hot tub. The location is quiet and only a short drive from Wachusett ski.

This property could be a great one. They are in the process of laying new carpet in the hallways and lobby area. The desk in my room was all scratched up. Pullout couch was in need of a deep clean. Restaurant charged me 10.83 for a sliver of cheesecake which I found to be extremely high, due to the quantity. The chowder was good and the calamari was the same frozen item used in most all chain restaurants tough and chewy. The hot peppers were a good addition, but not enough to hide the texture of the calamari. They call the current menu the winter menu. Which maybe the reason for the low budget food.

Disappointed that they didn’t do breakfast this morning and also no outside drinks..? Also pool looked and smelled like they dumped bleach in it to try and clear it a little as it was kind of dirty looking. And sadly it was supposed to be a king size bed but me and my two kids barely got so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t bigger than a queen

I have stayed multiple times here and it has always been stellar until this stay. The girl at the desk was not personable at all, Just basically ordered me to sign the documents, no smile no casual conversation , nothing.
She put me in room 212, the floor squeeked so bad I was sure i was keeping people up downstairs, and the heat in the room was either too hot or none at all. Every other time I stayed i got Mike at the front desk, that man is a rock star, that girl should take some lessons from him!

Beautiful property! In town for a volleyball tournament with my daughter. Colonial is convenient location near Game On (13 min) Staff was great! Room was nice, only small issue was the creaking floor in our room. You could feel unevenness when walking on it and I wondered if the creaking could be heard by room under us. Overall great stay!

The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable but the pillows were like cement bags. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was very good (the best on our trip) if we lived in the area we would have dinner there for a meal out.
