We walked here from our Narrow Boat and enjoyed an excellent evening! The pub is steeped in history & offers a great range of drinks. The menu consists of great locally sourced food. We can highly recommend the Steak & Ale pie & ham eggs & chips. Highly recommend a visit!

Stopped for a meal here and I was pleasantly surprised the staff were first class any business would be proud to have these staff polite attentive and really cared food was excellent too will most definitely stop here again.
