There is no microwave and culinary tools, which are generally provided by majority of motels / suites / hotels. This is the only hotel that does not provide so for my more one week travelling in NSW and Queensland.

Great check-in experience - there was free room upgrade to the nicer waterfront view. Staff were friendly and helpful to locate my missing delivery. Loved the lobby! Room had a comfortable bed.

Great views of darling Harbour from our room windows, breakfast wasn't refilled promptly, there was empty dishes at fruits section at around 9:30am on Monday and we waited for about 1/2 and had to check out to catch our plane

Nice comfortable stay for a couple and toddler. Bathroom could be cleaner and needs a bigger shower. Breakfast was great.

Near Darling Harbour, takes 15-20 min walk to city centre. Wifi is tricky, says takes AUD10 per 24hr but we checked with reception can just connect it without charge in final bill. Interior old and you have to call for basic amenities like slippers and toothbrush.

Good location which is nearby my client office that i needed to get to within walking distance. Walkable to most places. Room is modernised but toilet is old, dingy and a bit dirty to be honest. Hair strands on the bath tub upon arrival and everyday (mine excluded) which is a put off.
Daily housekeeping is only to replenish drinks and bed making. I shed my long hair and they are all over the toilet and bedroom floors. On last night, i found a face cloth i used the previous day with makeup stains refolded and put back onto toilet counter top as if it was new...
Breakfast spread is delectable with ability to bring coffee to-go esp if you ate in a hurry in the morning.
