We had a good stay while visiting family in Woodstock. Back in the day this hotel was the best in the area, it was still good but of course it’s an older building now. The staff was great, room was quiet and clean with more than everything you needed. Only complaint was we didn’t have very hot water for a couple of days, but the last day we did and it was great! We will for sure stay here again when we come back to see family.

There was an incident earlier that day with a homeless person. Nothing was cleaned up in regards to the incident. Lots of drunk clients, alcoholic beverage cans in the hallways.

No housekeeping services offered. The door handle to our room didn’t function properly. We were told “ yeah it’s been like that for a long time”. Over all a disappointing stay

The toilets had a ring of mold around the water level, the door was really hard to open, would only open when you lifted the handle up, no one told us so getting in was a hassle. The room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was awesome. The workout room was fit 4 less and was nice, but a pain to go to. We had to have photo id to get a pass, even though we had our room key. I would give this motel a 3-4 out of 5.

The breakfast that was included was poor at best. Eggs were cold, sausage was cool and sitting in water. Self make waffles were gross and the area was not kept clean. Cereal was good and the will was cold in a small fridge. Toast was good as well
