Check in and facilities were good. Got in the room and the theme is cute but a lot of wear and tear on the room. Jacuzzi tub was not functioning and maintenance spent two hours in our room then called room service to clean it. Staff were great but it was just super frustrating! The pool facility definitely needs more seating - pure chaos in there! Adults were even drinking alcohol and hotel staff said nothing!!! Slide needs to be redone - kids had so many burns from it. Theme suites are hard to come by so that was the attraction but not sure if we’ll be back.

The hotel was nice price was good the only problem we had we asked for a wakeup call for 6:15 am they called us at 5:15 am so we were very early to go to hospital

The hotel was just as hoped. It’s not a 5 star, but the staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean and everything worked.

Room was big & clean (business suite) pool was lots of fun and the kids had an awesome time! Only critique would be the pool deck was sorta grime "y" and the waterslide eventually took a little skin off my back.

A dump with sketchy clientele. The water slide tubes are filthy as is the railing at the top of it. Who can guess how well maintained the pool and “hot” tub are. The room is in need of an update. Staff at checkin was pleasant.

The only thing that was an issue is a the hotel is under the renovations but other than that it was a great stay. Very friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and being updated!!! The staff was very excellent. Pool area was super bright and fun. The restaurant and lounge was a great time.

Didn’t stay there. Got drunk and meant to book for Valentine’s Day but ended up booking the current night lol. Paid near 200$ even 😆 oops. I’m sure it’s a lovely place

Our daughter needed somewhere to stay coming off a night shift and the weather was too bad for her to drive home. Canad Inns Fort Garry was very accommodating getting her a room she could check into for 10:00 AM so she could get some sleep and not hazard treacherous roads off a 12 hour shift. We really appreciated their efforts.
