Breakfast was very poor. The pancake machine produced pancakes the size of quarters and when we asked staff they said nope that is how big they are. It took forever to get 3 kids breakfast. We have eaten at other hotels with the same machine that gives you decent big pancakes from the machine. The bedding and towels had stains on it. Sad because this used to be our go to place to stay when passing through because of the good breakfast and cleanliness.

Upon check in, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk for at least 10 minutes. The rooms are quiet but are very outdated.

I stayed on the evening of Chris**as Day. I found this hotel to be clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The wood beams in the open areas of the hotel where something I appreciated as complimentary to the mountains, with views to match. The pool and hot tub area are great, with generous hours. I had an issue with a room key functioning, which front desk staff addressed immediately and courteously. I would happily stay again!

This property was affordable over a holiday weekend, and near the highway. Allowed for my sons and I to focus on enjoying the holiday, rather than struggle with accommodation issues. We appreciate the stay.

The representative at check in was very friendly and polite. The room was nice and clean, the building itself is well maintained. The complementary breakfast was surprisingly delicious and the staff at check out were very kind.

If you are looking for a quick getaway and want to enjoy a warm pool and great staff make this your top choice! Their pool and pool area are always warm! Kudos to the staff for greeting everyone when you we go in!

The check-in procedure was smooth. The room was fine. The breakfast was a little subpar, but manageable. Hot tub was out of commission on our first night when we would have liked to use it after our car trip. Our biggest complaint with the hotel was that despite asking at the front desk and leaving a tip in the room, housekeeping would not come and empty the garbage or make the beds. We were there for three nights, so trash in particular became an issue.
