The hotel’s location is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good for a quick bite.

We stayed here for a last minute ski trip to Jack Frost and Big Boulder, both around 30 mins away. Our room was clean and spacious and everything was as advertised. Breakfast was OK, no cooked options. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay again if in the area.

Nothing fancy about my stay, but the room and the hotel were clean, and the staff were very friendly. I arrived late at night for my check in, and John at the front desk was helpful and got me settled in quickly so I could get up to my room for some much needed rest…

A basic hotel with the necessary amenities, but not more. Staff was friendly and breakfast was ok. Everuthing worked as it should.

Adequate hotel in reasonable condition for its age. Good value, but thin walls and noisy at times. Convenient to Perkins restaurant steps away. Breakfast spartan. Solidly 2 stars. Room was clean, bed comfortable and heater worked well.

Photos from reservation didn't match. Pet area was a narrow *****. Room was dirty with flies in the bathroom. Bedsheets very uncomfortable. Poor soundproofing meant you constantly heard people walking by or overhead all night. Disappointing experience.

At $80 per night you can't go wrong. The room was clean, but dated. It's obvious they are refurbishing the hotel. The people working there were friendly and helpful. Parking was great. The included breakfast was good. I will stay here again.

Overall it was an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable , bathroom were clean and the front desk was attentive to your needs. Great place to stay for a night. Continental breakfast was nothing to write home about with a choice muffins and coffee and some Tang as orange juice.

We were greeted with a smile and a welcome. The rooms have no carpet, which I like because we know they have been cleaned. It was quiet and comfy. The free breakfast was just right.
