Our stay at The Grand Hotel was nice. Hemingwas was very convenient, atmosphere was great, drinks were great, service pleasant, the only down fall of hemingways was my steak was over cooked when I asked for medium. Buratta salad was delicious! The rooms were clean, well maintained. However the mattresses were very uncomfortable, very hard and noisey. That was the only negative thing about our stay.

Property is very nice, clean and well maintained. Smooth check in with friendly staff. Only downside was server at restaurant was a little lacking she was good when we saw her but there was a span of 20 plus minutes where we sat with empty glasses. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself was amazing. Nestled right on the beach and we had a spectacular view. I would’ve loved bathrobes for the winter time since we came in the off season or some heads up that the onsite restaurant would be closed. That being said, the front desk staff Jenny and the other young woman with blonde hair were amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice overnight trip. Thank you both for being fabulous!

The customer service area was beautiful. The rooms not so much. This was supposed to be an accessible hotel, while they did have a ramp, the room has a big step. We have a son in wheelchair and thankfully we travel with a portable ramp. But for those people that dont have that, it will be very hard and difficult to get to the room unless they have a wheelchair that closes and they can be carried inside the room. The shower was not that good. Bed was ok

Not sufficient parking, could hear every step the people in the room above us took. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times not enough water pressure, gap under door, so a little pricey. Stay in the main building if possible.

The staff was phenomenal, pleasant, courteous vey helpful. They felt fresh, honest, happy to be of service and happy to be at work. Kudos to the night manager, best treatment ever by a hotel manager!!!

While my stay was fine, the staff at the front desk made an error in billing. From that error it was one excuse after another. So much for customer service.

Everything was great at the hotel. This was our second time here this year and will be coming back again. Everything is walkable (within a mile). The beach is literally across the street. The rooms are big enough for a family and beds are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the indoor pool is always so moist in the room. Like there is literally water everywhere on the seats, floors, walls and I noticed mold
On the ceiling. If the pool was ventilated better I would be giving the hotel a 5 star review. I’d also love to see updating fitness and arcade . The brunch with Santa was great and lots of options. Loved our stay and will be back!
