A newly renovated house that can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. Good for a vacation with family, friends, colleagues! This apartment can only be booked by guests 21 years or over. Quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00.
Absolutely no extra guests without approval and a max of 10 guests occupancy. The house sleeps up to 10 people. The pricing is based on up to 6 people. For the 7th to 10th guests, there is an additional $49 per guest pre-authorization hold. No parties, drugs, smoking or loud noises under any circumstances administrative hold will be forfeit and you will be asked to leave with no refund.

- No parties, No smoking, No drugs, pets by approval, No extra guests
- Please clean the fridge out before departure
