Baymont by Wyndham Whitewater

The pool was closed early every night. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great and water was hot. Apparently you have to tell the front desk if you want your bed made during the day.

Pool area was cold and hot tub is broken. In the morning the front desk worker was talking and laughing extremely loud to someone on her phone. We could hear her from our room she was so loud. Usually stay her every year for get together with friends, but each year the hotel is slowing getting worse. Not sure we will be back next year.

Staff nice, no elevator. Furniture old and stained, drawers not cleaned out. Needs total.renovation.

For the most part place was okay for a overnight stay. Vending machines were either empty or inoperable. Hot tub was out of service. Expected a little more for the continental breakfast.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Was disappointed that hot tub not working. Bed was very comfortable.

I don't think the top of the shower surround had ever been cleaned, literally caked with grime, and there were clipped toe nails on the floor. There was some sort of police action in the middle of the night with officers running through the halls shouting "show me your hands!" I assume someone ducked in to escape from them via the completely unsecured side door. Overall, not recommended.

Hot tub was not working. Vending and soda machine were empty.

The hotel is very dated. The beds were too soft. The only thing that was good was the front desk staff were friendly.

Hotel needs updating. Room needs a good deep cleaning and new pillows and linens.
