Tuskar House by the Sea

What a completely fabulous overnight stay before the ferry to UK. The room was clean and lacked nothing. Beds super comfy and shower lovely and hot with wonderful fluffy white towels. Great full Irish breakfast too! Staff welcoming and attentive making our stay an utter delight. This place is a little gem !

What a welcome by Kristyl so we knew our stay would be great. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and very modern. Kristyl made us a very good breakfast that set us up for a drive to the West Coast. Tuskar House is real value for money Baie dankie Kristyl and hope to see you soon

Like I would imagine, most who stay here, we were catching the ferry the next day, so it’s mostly for convenience. The place is no frills, and there is no breakfast served, though I believe it is available at a ‘sister’ hotel. The room was large and airy, and clean and comfortable. Parking is off the road. There is no bar for food and Rosslare harbour area has limited facilities, though there is a couple of take away places to eat or a supermarket if you’re prepared to sort yourself out. Ferry terminal is literally 2 minutes away. Would be happy to stay again.

A really great place to stay. It is ea. sy to find and the welcome is so lovely. The rooms are enormous and so very clean. I can recommend Tuskar House as one of the very best placed to stay in Rosslare. We really enjoyed our stay in the house. Thanks

This was a great find! Super close to the Rosslare Harbour so a fab location for catching an early ferry! Lovely lady running the place! The room was clean and the shower was luxurious and thoroughly enjoyed! Our room was overlooking the ferries and we enjoyed watching them come and go. We will def use again if we need to be in this area!

Great people, great place (with a fabulous shower) and great location if you happen to want to catch an early ferry! View over the ferry terminal which was fun to watch. And good blackout blinds! We will use them again if we need to stay in the area!

Stayed here as convenient for the early morning ferry. Greeted on arrival by Kristal (?) who was so friendly and helpful. Room was light and airy, and spacious. Breakfast in the morning all ready and waiting for our early start. Will definitely be staying here when we next come to visit family in Ireland.

We have stayed here a number of times before catching the early morning ferry. All ways very good very clean large rooom spacious modern bathroom Only 2 minutes drive to ferry Lovely cliff top walk Alongside secret gardens We will return Close to restaurants and supermarket

Rooms are lovely Went with my partner and three kids.really not ideal for families to be honest.Stayed 3 nights.had breakfast one morning which was very pricey and was told if we wanted beans it would be an extra one euro which I couldn't believe.The breakfast was horrible and my kids would not eat any of it.Was very disappointed. Rooms were lovely with a lovely view of the harbour.For the four days we were their not once was rooms cleaned.had to ask for tissue and milk as we ran out.sheets or towels were not changed.we ended up buying more tissue ourselves.Bin was not empties and had to ask for it to be emptied as had a toddler with u .that was on first day and no one ever came to empty bin after that.Overall lovely rooms and beautiful location but not for families if staying more than one night and definitely don't have the breakfast
