Absolute bargain when I booked with your company had loads of extras with me arrive to the room bottle of wine two bottles of water, orange juice, box of mints, biscuits and luxury coffee sachets as well
very impressed highly recommend would definitely use again

I personally love this place due to its quiet location.
It has all you need if you want to stay onsite for your stay, entertainment, bar, etc,
But lots of other places to go & explore providing you have a car.
Food is ok but as we have a car can travel to choose loads of other restaurants, take aways that are around Sand bay & Weston Super Mare to eat.
The rooms are comfortable, clean & sufficient.
Excellent base for the lovely surrounding area.
Very reasonably priced.

Ok place was clean a with food which was good basic food made this a very good for the money short weekend break.

Staff are always great big thank you to Ann & Jackie . If you are expecting the Ritz you will be disappointed . But if you want great value for money it's the place for you . We have been going back for twenty years and so have thousands of others . We can't all be wrong .

Been going to sand bay for a few years now. But the last few times we have gone been disappointed. Our room smelt damp & unclean. This time we was served our drinks in plastic cups. I had a bottle of wine in a ice bucket. But wasn't allowed a wine glass & there was a hole in the dance floor & toilets smelt really bad. We actually came home a day early. One night was enough. Disappointed.

Bathroom in a terrible state not fit to let out, cemenf floor comming through the lino dust and mess everywhere hope its not let out to someone else. I could not have a shower due to my health problem with my leg infection it was not a good sanitised area most dissapointed was so looking forward to my holiday,I was told by recepton number 45 was next due for redecoration but they are still letting it out not a good way to do business.

Food and entertainment very good but the sleeping room left a lot to be desired no where to sit only on the bed (not the best) the bath room with a bath no shower considering the amount of pensioners and disabled people on site, change the bath for a shower with a seat giving more space to put in a chairs Blue coats poor standard probably due to the company cutting costs for more profits Except for the room we enjoyed our holiday

The mattress was paper paper thin and when asked for it to be replaced we received a extra quilt, there wasnt enough plug sockets ( only 2) and there was no shower!!

Good base for local area. Chalets very old fashioned but okay for price for a short stay. Food fairly grim even though did not expect much for the price. Did not think you could get an english breakfast wrong but they did here had toast and cereal after the first morning. Canteen needs an update badly like an 80s school canteen. Beach close by very nice and Weston Super Mare short drive away going around the headland interesting drive.
