Premier Inn Weston-Super-Mare East (A370)

Guests in room above us stomped around all night. Complained twice and they still carried on. Didn’t get any sleep at all. Premier inn have done nothing to solve this. Ants in room as bedroom window of ground floor was left open. We closed window to warm room up while we went for food and when we came back the room was smelly so no wonder window had been left open. Couldn’t complain as had previously been told hotel was fully booked.

Room needs upgrading. Very tired and grubby appearance. Turned on bathroom fan, and showered in dirt particles into the bathroom basin, ,floor, shower etc. Reported this. Restaurant very poor, especially at breakfast time. Food available was limited, cold and not topped up. I asked the Manager twice re ingredients in certain items, as we have allergies to consider. No information or response forthcoming. I also spoke to him about his attitude, and he just shrugged with no interest whatsoever in the fact that allergies can have serious consequences. Allergens are important for customers.

We stayed here the night before my 6.15am flight from Bristol Airport and it was perfect. My wife was able to drop me at the airport and return to the hotel and go back to bed. The hotels check out time is 12.00 noon. There’s no air conditioning in the room and there are no lifts (but it is only 2 floors) and neither of these were an issue for us, and it is stated on their webpage. There’s only one USB on one side of the bed (there is a plug socket the other side though) so be aware if you have two phones. Considering the room was on the ‘business’ floor, there was a lack of plug sockets generally. The staff, were professional, polite and friendly and I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Had two night stay at this Premier Inn the beds were comfortable, the food was nice. If I come back down to Weston-Super-Mare will use this Premier Inn again, if you wish to get into room earlier that be a cost of £10.00, I will give it a 10/10 for everything

Had a great weekend break, check in was swift and the added bonus of free parking was very welcome. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Lovely clean accessible room, with a lot of thought given to make it user friendly, a few hooks on the wall in the bathroom would be recommended. As per other reviews it is quite difficult to find though and not at all clearly signed, the entrance road is full of some rather deep potholes also so be warned!

Hotel was fine and up to Premier Inn standards. Beefeater was awful for evening meal. Could not have started from one menu and main from the other despite both items available and in stock. We took our £100 business over 2 nights to a competitor pub. Hotel great, let down by attached Beefeater

Excellent clean rooms staff are very friendly and more than happy to help I would stay again when we went in our room the was biscuit on the said the children was very happy about that we had very good night sleep would really recommend staying here

Clean comfy beds and room immaculate. I didn’t want to get out of bed. The staff really friendly they clear work hard to have it the perfect stay for customers. Lots to do in they are great walks. Will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend

We have came down with a few friends just for a little getaway weekend. Staff were amazing throughout the whole stay. There’s someone on fest 24/7 so always helpful if needed something in the night. Great location with a free parking! Rooms were nice and clean. We definitely will be returning.
