The property is awesome. The staff is very cooperative, and the food quality is very good. The room was also very good. However, there was an issue with electricity, but it was also fun having candlelight tea. Overall, no complaints; everything was fine.

Excellent staff, very good room very beautiful hotel. It is a high quality hotel any one can book this hotel who wants quality stay. Only problem lift is not there which may create problem but in pelling maximum hotel does not having lift

Location. Very easy to reach, on the road itself. Room was very nice, and standing at the door i could see kanchanjanga range. The food was also very nice. And the best thing is the staff. Very helpful. Overall i had a wonderful stay

Beautiful view of this place. Excellent location for staying within the heart of upper pelling. Good position to have good view of kanchenjunga. Nice fooding. Good privacy. Wifi and other facilites are also available. Heater is located within the cushion. Bathroom is nice and clean.

Excellent services, welcoming people. Staffs are Anurag chetri and Ankit chetri were always available on one call. Entire staffs won the hearts 💗🥰. Enjoyed the breakfast, room service. Hotel was very clean and hygiene. People can choose this hotel for their stay in pelling.

Helpful staff, breakfast they custom cook it. Several restaurants around the area. Middle of the town and view of the mountains. However no bottled water in room. Toiletries available. Heated blanket was nice. Room heater (chargeable) was weak.

It was a wonderful experience, the staff was extremely approachable and helped us throughout - they were very responsive and even on the last day when we had to leave early morning, they were very prompt with their service. Even the food was quite good! The cherry on the cake was the exhilarating view of the snow capped mountains from our window!

We are stay Sikkim tourist center , upper pelling west sikkim good location & hotel staff Good , food was great near by taxi station my family is enjoying we are visiting next trip. Pelling is full Green cleaning. Room was cleaning also toilet .overall good service
