An experience i never had this was truly amazing for me and my family. I recommend everyone try this hotel and i definitely will be coming back. ☺️

Check in was at 4 pm, but because they have dhort staff we were able to get in our room at 7 pm only. I think it’s quite crazy

As soon as we arrived, we encountered the first of 3 employees that were CRYING due to being over worked!!!! That doesnt really set a happy mood. No coffee, soap or shampoo in the bottles in the room. We weren't told about the photos being taken at the Waterpark, there for we were unable to get them. Also, your website says microwaves are in each room. They are not. The staff just went through the motions, no smiling or interaction at all. Over all very disappointed..again. we have been guests every year for 5 years and each visit just gets worse.

I liked large facilities, room was also good, foods are plenty, but mostly junk food. The staff is friendly. Aquapark was crowded.
The most decent food I tried was pizza and it wasnt very good pizza. The place advitised steak, but I wasnt able to find it. The availability of quality food is my biggest complain.

Overall i enjoyed my stay. The only improvement needs to be the food. The food is not good. Do not pay for the breakfast buffet save your money and order from one of the local eateries.

The rooms were clean the bathroom always had toilet paper and soap the the rooms were so cute the air conditioning worked the water park was fun service was good the front desk was so nice so I rate it 10/10

The elevators were always on point. Never had to wait no more than a minute. Great eating options, breakfast buffet , thumbs up!! Only problem I had was no iron or ironing board in the room and trying to adjust the temperature of thev room
