Neat and clean. However, very unprofessional attitude and some of the staffs (not all) are yet to learn customer handling. Slow in service, lack of thoroughness. Definitely not recommended yet. They need to improve substantially. I see a span of 3 more years to catch up.

Room condition was very good and well maintained. Food quality excellent they took advance order to serve customized food. Behavior of the staffs very good. Thanks

Hotel owner was very rude. Was not co-operative at all. Did not call for breakfast. Charged extra 500- for 1 hour. Food and room was up to the mark for this price point

An excellent value for money hotel situated in the outskirts of jhargram town. We stayed there for two days, it was excellent especially the food. Staff and management is well mannered and amiable. Overall the experience is very nice.

Best place to stay in Jhargram. Wonderful atmosphere and nature of the staff and owner. They are very cooperative in nature and they provided us the best guide like how to go and where to go first. We enjoyed a lot. We came on a recommendation and it was truly worth it.

Excellent stay and food. Cooperative staff and owner.Rooms are spacious and area is neat and clean. Food rate is reasonable. Quality of food is superb. They never say No for anything. Well spent holiday in Jhargram. Highly recommended.

Superb hospitality. Very calm behaviour of staff and owner. Tasty Bengali food. Food were served hot and on time. They provide car and traveller facility also. We took car from them. It was cheaper than market. Great Durga Puja spent
