Very clean room, polite staff taking care of everything, although no dinning hall but the breakfast provided was good from their limited choices

Hotel location is very good, very close to rajouri market, saloon n restaurants are just opposite the hotel. The staff is very helpful, best thing is that they serve food any time, food is so yummy n quantity is very good, only problem is the bathroom, needs to be maintain well.

Very good boutique hotel. Staff is very nice, friendly and cooperative. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is good and location is excellent. Good restaurants near to hotel.

Overall services were very good thoroughly professional and well mannered staff. Good staff behaviour can always make your stay pleasant, Can be given 5 stars for their hospitality. From booking to check in and check out, Front desk team was also quite friendly and helpful.

Good property with excellent service staff support. Staff were very courteous and helped out of their way to make our stay a pleasant. Decent rooms and delicious food. We couldn't enjoy the rooftop restaurant due to extreme weather conditions.

the room is neat and clean and it is spacious. The bathroom is neat and provided decent toiletries products for use. Overall the room is excellent and it is in prime location. The food is delicious.

Staff not able to give basic information, hotel does not accept international credit card payments, not value for money. we will not stay there again.

Stay was good. But the extra bed they provided had bed bucks n it causes itching n rashes. They have to maintain a good hygene. Over all stay was good
