之前的話就在他們家住過，現在又來了，整體服務水平有所提升，然後增值服務又增加了很多，有了免費宵夜，然後早餐種類也很豐富，酒店環境也是極好，酒店周圍宇大概温嶺的市中心很方便，管家小彭不錯

服務：前台小姐姐服務很熱情，辦理入住很快，就是前面都防疫的一些東西太麻煩了，弄了很久，但疫情期間也沒有辦法。 設施：酒店九樓配有健身房喝洗衣房，對於在外的客人很友好。 衞生：房間衞生做的很細緻 位置：市中心，槓槓的。 管家小彭不錯

酒店乾淨，服務美女很熱情，送的贈品水果飲料很足，早餐不多，但味道還行，酒店周邊吃喝玩樂很方便而且近。 有些不足，洗澡的地上瓷磚比較滑，建議換防滑地磚，玻璃房也沒遮擋，洗澡時要注意拉上窗簾.

If the hotel was cheaper I would have closed my eyes on the disadvantages but because I paid 700 RMB for 2 nights I think I could have had better environment 🙏 The room's design is nice but the condition looks like it's not being managed at all. There was mold, stains and dirt. In the photos you can see. The waste basket was so dirty 😔 The breakfast is supposed to have western food (it's stated in the in for card that the buffet is western and chinese) but apart from bread and tomatoes there was no other "western" cuisine. And no coffee! how can a hotel not have coffee? The car parking system is inconvenient. each time we wanted to go out we had to go to the reception and ask them to help open the gate. The tv projector in the room kept turning itself off (a message "the device has overheated" kept appearing). I think that the hotel needs to remove "western food" from the breakfast information card and deep clean the rooms and check the projectors. otherwise the price is not matching the environment ☝ A plus - the hotel staff were nice and kind.

服務：服務非常好的酒店，投影房看電影很爽，晚上到了還有免費夜宵陽春麪荷包蛋和橙汁，疲憊的旅途有這麼一碗太暖心了！前台工作人員態度都很好，很貼心，入住時還送了好幾樣小零食，開心～ 環境：衞生挺好的，有一次性馬桶套很安心，床單也很乾凈，退房的時候看到阿姨在打掃衞生也很用心，每間房都認真打掃好久。酒店位置也蠻好的，附近有幾家本地人吃的嵌糕，味道不錯，而且酒店馬路斜對面就是新榮記，步行五分鐘，非常方便

首先誇一誇酒店位置，特別好找就在九龍大酒店對面，晚飯就在新榮記吃完就在散步回酒店！前台客服當天下午就提前和我確定了到酒店的時間，還把位置發我了，包括如何停車，非常貼心！酒店還幫客人每天準備夜宵，我們那天是橙汁和陽春麪，前台琳琳小姐姐特別貼心
