We have stayed here 15 times.The closed captioning never works on the TV. The "safe remote" works sporadically, if at all. Last night the heater was broken and the room was hot. We switched rooms and there were dogs barking across the hall from 4am on. The guy that works at night is barely polite. The morning staff is awesome. Breakfast isnt worth $7

It was clean and the staff was ft and helpful. The property seems a little tired. I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I wa there an hour before it closed and there was not much left of the hot food.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean but the location was dated. Very nice stay. I did not use the amenities.

The staff checking guests in was very nice and pleasant. Even though she was the ONLY staff there for the entire hotel on a sold out Friday night.
Our room was a comfortable temperature, but the bathroom was dirty, had other guests hair on the floor, on the counter and on the tub side, and we had NO shower curtain.
The breakfast staff was unpleasant and understaffed causing her to behave in a frustrated way towards guests.

The important things were fine, the bed and shower. Overall, the hotel looked worn and in need of a remodel. Also, the restaurant was not open in the evening.

We really appreciated the large room, relative quiet despite being close to the railroad tracks, separate sinks inside and outside the bathroom, easy parking, and breakfast options.
The facility and rooms are dated and could use an update, but for the price it was a very comfortable stay.

Quiet as always, extremely clean- front counter of check in people- no matter of what time you check in - they are always poopy- I’ve wanted to turn around practically every time I’m checking in- haven’t yet because keep hoping they will decide to be cordial eventually ???? I hope-

I enjoy staying at the Red Lion. Great rates, good location and decent rooms. Hallway carpets are worn and I wish the lounge were open again. I’ll be back.
