The front desk attendant upon our arrival was excellent. The AC unit in the room was a bit inconsistent but overall a good stay.

I’m in the Austin area frequently on business and it’s been difficult to find a decent hotel at the rate that my agency allows but I’ve now found one here. Now, this is where I’ll be staying in the future.

I was disappointed with this hotel. The facilities were a bit run down and the cleanliness was not on the great side. I have stayed at worse places, but I would not go back there.

My room was comfortable, attractive, and nicely furnished.
Check-in and out were user friendly.
Breakfast was well prepared.
The ice machine was out of service.
I did not see a snack vending machine.

Bugs everywhere, not clean, trash in the corners of the room. Couches and beds have stains all over the cushions and sheets.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, but the pictures are definitely nicer than the actual property. Older and not as well-kept as I would have preferred. Affordable stay but not a room I wanted to spend a lot of time in.
