The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than I thought, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is good.

Great location. Very central. Room had everything I needed. No air conditioning but a fan is provided. Comfy bed. Would stay again

Front reception was accommodating and made everything super easy.

本來訂了3晚，第一天入住的時候是晚上大概9點，前台下班了，需要我自己打電話給她們辦公室獲取密碼，然後再開門口的鑰匙箱子，整個體驗下來説實話不是很好，服務跟不上，後來瞭解到是因為房間不多所以沒有夜班。進到房間發現房間和照片不一樣，雖然格局一樣，但真實的房間比較陳舊，燈光也衹有冷光燈（床頭燈搗鼓了好半天沒開着），後來我要求退住，房間什麼東西也沒動，第二天前台才和我確認第一晚房費要收，之後的可以退。總體感受還是感謝酒店願意退款的，在房間配套設施和夜間前台服務這塊建議提升。

Great value and location. However there are a lot of outdoor stairs to walk to get downhill to the main shopping streets. We enjoyed the extra exercise but it would be strenuous on others not so fit!
Staff especially housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating. In room laundry facility didn’t work well so I was able to access the aparthotel’s own laundry room.

Stayed 6 nights and had a fantastic stay. Reception and cleaning staff were brilliant and apar**ent hotel room was clean and comfortable with a huge comfy bed!! Loved the Tuatara coffee and other little touches in the room. Good security with the key fob. Shame that the gym and pool are not located on site but an excellent facility is just around the corner. Have recommended to others and would stay again if in Wellington. Thank you!!!

We needed access to a washer and dryer and Gilmer was one of the few that had units with laundry facilities. The location was excellent - walkable to restaurants and shopping. Onsite parking was a great bonus. The building is safe, clean and well maintained. It is a little dated and a has a city apar**ent feel to it and does not offer any plush hotel ambiance or amenities.

Great room, conveniently located; all amenities, so v. useful. But there was a heatwave, and no a/c, so had to use upright fan. It helped, but didn't quite do the job. Otherwise, no complaints!
