This is a great stay. Tons of restaurants in the area. Wonderful staff. Great bar in the hotel. Breakfast was excellent every day.

The person who checked us in gave us the wrong key for the wrong floor so the wrong room. Literally one minute after checking in I went to exchange keys and she had no idea who i was.

The hotel was excellent! It was clean and well lighted. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. The bar and breakfast areas were comfortable and accessible. I am staying again this week because of my first experience!

Front desk viv didnt want to “bother housekeeping” to get a rush put on my room since i arrived early to check in. it was a vacant dirty from day before not waiting on a check out, front desk manager did end up helping, viv could use training for this situation. house keeping arrived at 9 no problem. it took til 11:30 to be cleaned. 2.5 hours to clean 1 room? Manager did have it ready about 20 minutes after she was involved.

The breakfast food was surprisingly poor. The shower in the room had very very low volume and pressure.
The staff was excellent and everything was clean.

Hotel was very clean and smelled amazing. Everyone was very helpful. Many places to eat or shop close by. Area felt very safe and was well lite outside.

Upon entry the hotel was extremely clean and smelled good. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The other members of the hotel staff were also knowledgeable and approachable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. The shower was spacious and the water very hot. The breakfast was consistently delicious and provided a variety of choices. The proximity of the hotel to Big League Dreams Park was very convenient. There are many stores and restaurants within a ten minute drive. Our overall review is one of excellence and we would definitely recommend this hotel as we plan to stay here again on a future trip.

I enjoy this hotel since it has opened. It’s always clean and the staff is very friendly. They have a cute bar area and a breakfast dining included. Rooms are spacious and very clean.
