Hôtel au confort ok pour un séjour pro mais quelques désagréments :
- odeur de cigarette dans le couloir
- poils sur le lit à mon arrivée
- odeur très forte de désinfectant le second jour
- accueil moyennement agréable à l’arrivée
Mis à part un message concernant la réutilisation des serviettes de toilette, établissement pas / peu ecoresponsable.
Globalement, séjour satisfait, mais je ne reviendrai certainement pas.

2 nuits dans cette hôtel car visite des parcs Walibi et aqualibi - hôtel bien placé proche du parc et des commodités je recommande - il parle français ++

Alles ziet er in eerste instantie goed uit, maar je krijgt het gevoel of het eens heel goed was, en vervolgens niet heel goed onderhouden. Vlekken op vloeren en tapijten, sensoren niet goed afgesteld, zodat je in een duistere gang komt.
Maar verder houden ze beddengoed en badkamers goed schoon en netjes. Ontbijt is aan de dure kant voor wat je er voor terug krijgt.

pas grand chose à raconter. Le personnel à l'accueil est très sympa et à l'écoute. Cependant, le week end cet hôtel est " vide", sans vie. Certes, il y a des chambres en location mais il n'y a pas de bar, pas de restaurant ouvert, pas de chaleur. C'est bien dommage. La chambre est claires et calme, propre. fonctionnelle

We have booked this hotel by a wrong click and cancelled it within 15 mins. Then I called this hotel twice and the manager of this hotel is lacking of empathy and decided to keep all the money, in another word her job is just trying all she can to take the client's advantage.

2 Overnight stays in coach party travelling to austia.Staff unhelpful and rude. Food poor and no choice. Rooms cold. Not suitable for disabled travellers. No porterage or early morning call. Biggest tip I can give is don't stay here. I would never stay here again.

Firstly I cannot belive this place is a Best Western Branded Hotel. This hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing nearby which is not great if you are expecting the hotel restaurant to be open. I believe that they have staffing issues so the restaurant at the hotel is frequently closed. Rooms are ok, a bit on the small side. Unfortunately this hotel do not know what a proper pillow looks like so you will have to spend the night sleeping on what seems like a sofa cushion. unfortunately i have had to stay in this hotel on two separate occasions and they seem to have an issue with there drains. On both stays the bathroom was stinking with only can be described as a a blocked drain type smell. This hotel cannot seem to cope with breakfasts. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests. The breakfasts they throw out are also below par. The hot choices can be described as lukewarm at best. hopefully Leger and Shearings will stop using this place as its a Best Western in name and prices only.
