They were doing some construction inside the front enterance so you had to walk around all the workers and equipment. Had some cleaniness and maintence issues. Let the front desk girl know and she didnt seem fazed by what i mentioned to her. Safety was the security lock was broken, stains on floor (red) food some unknown object on floor i wasnt touching and some type of blood or something on sheer curtains. Didnt see some of the stuff until we checked out as we we not in room much. The ac was turned way down (65) and still felt very warm in the room. For the price it would have been worth paying if the room wasnt as bad.

The room very nice however the bed was not very comfortable. The ****** had lots of fun games that we enjoyed.

Good value, clean comfortable room, lacking a fridge and microwave or coffee maker, had to got to ****** bar to get coffee before 7. Lobby under remodel so long way from drop off to desk and elevators. No luggage cart available at desk for check out.

There is absolutely no customer service at this hotel. The coffee shop staff are unable to make a decent cup of coffee and do not apologize for this. Instead, they think it is funny to tell their customers to there is no half and half for their Starbucks coffee which was so strong and thick that I couldn’t drink it. They couldn’t make change for $100 bill. This is a ******! I couldn’t charge it to my room as I needed an ID? Most hotels verify by checking name to room number. They wouldn’t or couldn’t do that.
Also my bedsheets had an orange stain on them and I had to ***** my bed late at night. This just isn’t a nice place to stay in Gulfport.

Although the entrance is being renovated, it was an easy check-in and out with very friendly staff, clean room and great view of the river.

Some associate had a key and walked right into my room in the early morning hours and scared me to death!! Why, he had a access key is beyond me! I will not stay in the hotel ever again !! I was afraid for my life and safety

Some lady chugging a tall-boy on her way in the front door. A guy and his girlfriend got out of their car the the drop-off line and just left their car in the lane preventing all traffic from moving, people honking for him to come back and get his car. He didn't care. Killed a roach when we got in our room. Came back down stairs and the lobby looked like an under-budget rap video. We won't be coming back.
